2017 Christmas

The Reason For The Season...Jesus Christ Birth

I was shopping and going crazy with the days passing until our annual Family Christmas Party. In the frantic realization I had an ah hah moment, this isn't about Christmas gifts and making the perfect party.

It was quite simple the feeling that came over me. It's a celebration of my Father's Birth. Then everything felt right.

I will still have a beautiful perfect party and gathering because I will be reminded why we are here together.

Peace Joy Happiness to you and yours! CeCe

What a magnificent year it has been for us. We have 2 new grandchildren beautiful and healthy. We've celebrated with baby showers, births, birthday parties, friends weddings and christenings. 5 grandchildren under 2. To say that we are not a busy family would be an understatement! We love it though and wouldn't change a thing.

Be blessed be humbled be real as you go through life. It's the little things that mean the most.

Thanks to Shindigz, Oriental Trading, Hobby Lobby

HEALTHY LIFE 2013

Those NY's resolutions. How many times have we made them only to forget the next day. Well, this year its all about health in Dallas. Started off with this wonderful new Nike Fuel Band.
Its 149.00 at any of your Nike stores and maybe even a few dollars cheaper online at Amazon or other sites. If you have an iPhone it reads the info immediately. If not you can download the info off the band to the computer and you have your daily readings. Its not bad looking either.

WHAT IT TRACKS

Through a sports-tested accelerometer, Nike+ FuelBand tracks your daily activity including running, walking, basketball, dancing and dozens of everyday activities. It tracks each step taken and calorie burned. It also tells the time of day.

Whatever you use to track those workouts and daily movement. Have A Fit Day!

The twins room. Mom chose a Behr paint from Lowes to have a soft
green wall. She purchased from BabiesRUs the tree sticker that is just
darling between the beds. The carpet comes from Lowes outdoor section.
Jenny Lind beds fit nicely in the rectangular space. Curtains and small wall frog
sconces from Ikea as is the hanging circus themed netting that lays over the
glider purchased for $99.00 at the baby's thrift store. To finish off, there is a
wonderful old pc of furniture in the back-ground given to her by a dear friend.
Teddy bears sit in Great Grandmother's doll cradle. Welcome Pax and Cam...you
have a fun bedroom just for dreaming.
