Design In Denver

This young couple had their home for just one year before being asked to relocate.
As they began to prepare for the move, the economy dictated a quick plan for resale.
Living in Denver made it somewhat a challenge since the economy has slowed due to the recession.
The homeowners geared up for a model home look. HGTV helps young couples with the little
things that get the biggest bang for the buck. Although, this home had more personal
touches, it had to be a home someone walked into and said, I can move in today! One
appt on the first day of this home tour and this home was SOLD! Congratulations on a
job well done!

Traveling to Europe

I have been traveling and haven't been a very good blogger of late. Spent some wonderful days in Europe and places I hadn't traveled before and others I had. Whether you're out and about in your own city or another country...there is always something wonderful about design.

Very Zurich...they love the contemporary almost furtuistic designs.
The use of colored glass is a big deal in this country.

Milan, oh yes the most wonderful clothing I have ever seen on even
the minimum budget. The decor rich in color while continuing that
sleek clean line. Gold Bar and Restaurant by Dolce and Gabbana.

Greece, whether in Athens, Mykonos or Santorini the vibe is the same
GREEK. The food is wonderful the ocean is wonderful the people
are easy going. Not a lot of big time interiors they keep things simple.

Good old Scotland, Glasgow and Edinburgh to be
exact. Old World, tradition of the kilt and there
you are. Love of deep wood with a touch of
the contemporary lines. Clothing...go to Milan.

Prague, probably the most beautiful architecture in the world
the whole city looks like this but there isn't an abundance
of tourism so the city is in many ways just becoming a place
to visit. As you can see from the interior of this kitchen that
is pretty much the design concept...but look at the city
do they really need anymore.
